About the project
TAM airline received a letter from a customer thanking all the support that the airport supervisor Leonardo gave to his family in New York.
While the customer was solving a problem on landing, his wife and daughter, who did not speak English, were worried and not knowing what was going on. TAM airport supervisor overstepped his duties and took care of them.
At the time, the thanks could not be done in person; this trick was created to promote a surprise meeting with TAM staff.
